Founded by Devante Johnson in 2025, Thornton Fire brings a specialist passive fire protection offer to building owners, contractors and facilities teams.
Thornton Fire was founded in 2025 with a clear purpose: to give building owners, contractors and facilities teams a passive fire protection partner they can rely on from handover to inspection.
The company is part of the Thornton FM group, which gives us access to wider facilities management expertise while keeping our fire protection work specialist, focused and independently accountable.
Our disciplines cover the full passive fire protection lifecycle: fire stopping, fire doors, inspection and remedials. Every project is delivered with an evidence trail and sign-off pack, because we believe protection should be provable, not just installed.
Since launch, we have worked on commercial, residential, industrial and healthcare buildings across the UK. We are accredited through ASFP, FIRAS, BM TRADA and CHAS, and our team is trained to the standards the built environment demands.
